ServiceNow Specialist – UK Remote / Occasional visits to Nottingham £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits A profitable and growing industry leader are looking to add a ServiceNow Specialist to their tech team, who will act as the Subject Matter Expert for all things ServiceNow. Your role will involve providing expert support and continuous improvement for the existing IT Service Management (ITSM) module and customisations whilst also being responsible for the successful implementation of new modules.This is a newly created role ServiceNow Specialist role and will likely see the establishment of a team in the future, giving you the autonomy and control over the strategic direction of the platform. You will administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability, collaborating effectively with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.The role will be primarily remote, with occasional travel to Nottingham for meetings. If you prefer to attend the office more regularly, that is also an option.Package:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and its various modules.
- Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow ITSM module.
- Knowledge of integrations and data imports/exports.
- Experience with reporting and performance analytics within ServiceNow
- Experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
