On offer is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring IT Support, looking to join a well-established, ambitious IT hardware maintenance services company, operating across the hospitality and retail markets around the UK and Ireland. With over 15 years of establishment and reaching a team of over 400 employees, this company is leading the way in hardware support, looking to expand their team and maintain their client base.

In this role you would be responsible for Microsoft Infrastructure Management for clients across the UK and Ireland, being the third line of escalation for tickets, supporting the team and junior members of staff.

The ideal IT support would have come from a similar background in infrastructure management or similar, with a IT related degree or qualification, looking to progress and develop you career within a well-established IT support company.

The Role:

• Third line of escalation for tickets, emails and support for clients
• Microsoft infrastructure management
• Supporting the team and junior members of staff
• Rotating night shifts

The Person:

• IT support experience in infrastructure, Level 3 or similar
• Customer service experience and good communication
• Degree or similar in an IT related field
• Wants to work nights on a rotating shift
