IT Solutions Provider seeking an SC Cleared Zscaler Engineer to support the secure deployment of Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to our existing Zscaler suite. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and third party vendors, Zscaler troubleshooting skills are essential to ensure an optimal user experience. This is a support focused role.

Key Responsibilities:
Deployment: Assist in deploying Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to support secure connectivity to corporate resources.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Utilize Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) for visibility and diagnostics, and resolve issues related to ZPA.
Technical Support: Provide guidance and support to team members including operational support teams.
Collaboration: Work effectively with teams across infrastructure, security, identity and application domains to enable seamless deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler solutions, including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX
Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security best practices
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
