SAP EWM Support Analyst/SAP WM Key User - 5 days per week onsite in Derby

Role Overview

Evolve ERP are currently working on behalf of a client who is upgrading their internal ERP system to SAP S/4 Hana. We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Support Analyst or SAP WM Key User to support and enhance our warehouse management operations. This role will act as a key link between the business and IT, ensuring SAP warehouse processes run efficiently and issues are resolved effectively.

You will support day-to-day operations, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key role in system enhancements, testing, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP EWM or SAP WM within warehouse and logistics operations
• Act as a key user/subject matter expert for warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory, replenishment)
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and user queries
• Liaise with IT, SAP support partners, and business stakeholders
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements
• Participate in testing (UAT), deployments, and release activities
• Deliver user training and create/update process documentation
• Support data accuracy, master data, and system controls
• Assist with SAP projects, upgrades, or EWM rollouts (where applicable)

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM and/or SAP WM
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes
• Experience supporting end users in a live operational environment
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience as an SAP Key User or functional support analyst
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EWM
