Role Summary
We are seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical design and deployment of new client implementations. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you will work across product, engineering, consulting, and client teams to deliver scalable, secure, and elegant solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end solution design and technical deployment for new implementations.
Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, technical environments, and integration requirements.
Define architecture, data flows, authentication methods, and system configurations.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and consultants to ensure practical and technically sound delivery.
Produce solution documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications.
Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise and design input.
Advocate best practices in integration, identity management, and data architecture.
Contribute to continuous improvement of solution design processes.
Key Skills & Experience
Strong technical background in designing solutions for B2B SaaS platforms.
Proven experience in solution design across identity, API integrations, and data provisioning.
Working knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable technical plans.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, consultants, and commercial stakeholders.
Delivery-focused mindset with the ability to balance ideal solutions against client and timeline constraints.
Familiarity with IAM, SSO, or system integration is a plus.
