E Front Specialist
Key Requirements
Essential:
- Experience: 4–5 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within Private Equity, Alternative Investments, or Asset Management.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Private Equity business processes and product structures, particularly via indirect investment.
- Technical Skills: Proven hands-on experience with eFront Invest , eFront Insight , and Investment Café , including configuration, workflow design, and data/reporting modules.
- Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Private Equity lifecycle—deal origination, due diligence, execution, portfolio management, and exit strategies.
- Documentation: Ability to draft clear business and functional specifications and translate them into system configurations or enhancement requests.
- Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Excel , and experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analytics.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with system migrations or eFront upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CFA , CBAP , or PMP are highly desirable.
