Mobile IT Technician (Field Based)

Location: Central Birmingham & West Midlands (covering East/West Midlands) Contract: Full-Time

Are you a proactive individual with a background in customer service and a foundation in IT support? We are looking for a Mobile Technician to join our field team, providing vital technical support and project delivery across the Midlands.



The Role

In this role, you will act as a key technical resource for some of the UK's most high-profile organisations. You will provide "backfill" support for established accounts and assist in the delivery of critical national projects.

Key Client Accounts Include: Financial & Corporate, Industrial, Public Sector Projects, and Specialist Support.



What We Are Looking For

While technical knowledge is important, we prioritise communication and reliability. You will be the face of our service on-site, often working in sensitive or high-pressure environments.

  • Customer Excellence: Proven experience in face-to-face roles with the ability to manage client expectations professionally.

  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.

  • Mobility: A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be travelling to various sites across Central Birmingham and the wider Midlands.

  • Versatility: The ability to adapt to different site requirements, from corporate offices to government facilities.
