Salary: c.£37,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role – Senior IT Technician
As a Senior ICT Technician, you will:

• Lead and provide advanced technical support across the business.
• Manage daily ICT operations, including hardware, software, and communications systems.
• Work with on-prem architectures and the Microsoft 365 Cloud.
• Take responsibility for operational services including backups, endpoint protection, and system health checks.
• Drive ICT projects and ensure compliance with information security standards.

About You

• Strong technical skills, specifically Microsoft 365 environment.
• Knowledge should include SharePoint, End Point Protection, Cloud Applications, Mobile Device Management, Information Security Management and Networking Principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
