£120,000 base + bonus
UK-wide | Remote first + occasional client travel

We're supporting a major consultancy who are growing their ServiceNow advisory capability and they're looking for a trusted expert who can guide enterprise organisations through complex transformation using the power of ServiceNow.
You'll work directly with senior leaders, shaping strategy, influencing high-value programmes and ensuring technology decisions deliver real business outcomes. This is a role for someone who loves combining deep technical understanding with board-level conversations.
What you'll be doing
-Advising C-suite stakeholders on ServiceNow strategy & transformation
-Designing innovative, scalable ServiceNow solutions
-Building trusted long-term client relationships
-Contributing to thought leadership & strategic bids
-Supporting continuous improvement and mentoring others
What you'll bring
-Strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise, architecture and multiple modules
-Experience delivering complex ServiceNow programmes end-to-end
-Ability to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions
-Confident communicator and natural consultant
-ServiceNow certifications (CSA essential; Implementation ideal)
-ITIL knowledge + broader SaaS architecture understanding
