Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Design Scalable Solutions: Architect end-to-end HAM solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) principles.

Governance Frameworks: Establish and implement HAM governance frameworks, including data integrity policies, compliance standards, and audit readiness protocols.

Integration Strategy: Design and manage complex integrations between ServiceNow HAM, the CMDB, and external procurement or discovery tools using REST/SOAP, MID Servers, and APIs .

Technical Execution & Development Module Configuration: Lead the technical configuration of Asset Classes, Models, Stockrooms, Transfer Orders, and Lifecycle Stages.

Customization & Scripting: Develop sophisticated workflows using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and Client Scripts to automate manual asset tasks.

Release Management: Oversee the ServiceNow upgrade lifecycle for HAM, ensuring custom configurations remain compatible with new platform releases.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Workshop Facilitation: Lead requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical user stories.

Team Mentorship: Act as a technical lead for development teams, providing code reviews, mentoring, and guidance on ITAM/ITIL best practices. xkybehq

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, IT Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.
