Strategic Account Manager (Data & AI) – Media & Tech – London (Hybrid)
As a specialist Headhunter in Data & AI, I'm partnering with a high‐growth client in London to hire a Strategic Account Manager to own a portfolio of flagship media and tech accounts and drive real commercial impact.
The role
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic media and technology clients, shaping and executing data and AI‐led account strategies.
- Deepen senior stakeholder relationships (C‐suite, product, marketing, data leaders) and act as a trusted advisor on how to turn data and AI into measurable business outcomes.
- Lead end‐to‐end account growth: spotting opportunities, crafting value propositions, coordinating internal teams, and delivering renewals and upsell.
- Work closely with data science, engineering, and product teams to design solutions spanning data platforms, analytics, and AI use cases across the media and tech landscape.
- Operate in a hybrid London model, balancing on‐site client time and focused remote work.
What my client is looking for
- Background in strategic account management / enterprise sales within SaaS, data, analytics, or AI, ideally with media or tech customers.
- Strong track record of growing key accounts, managing complex deal cycles, and navigating multiple senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business problems into data/AI solutions and tell a clear commercial story around value and ROI.
- Confident communicator who can operate comfortably with executives and cross‐functional internal teams.
- London‐based or able to commute regularly for hybrid working.
