Salary & Package: £70k-£90k + double OTE
Job Summary
- You will play a pivotal role within a high-performance sales team, owning relationships with key enterprise clients and driving revenue growth through account development and expansion.
- As Account Manager, day-to-day will involve managing and growing a portfolio of clients, demonstrating platform value and new capabilities, and strengthening long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders across the financial services ecosystem.
- You will act as a trusted interface between clients and internal teams; including product, marketing, and data to optimise customer workflows, tailor solutions, and support clients in achieving greater retention and upsell outcomes.
- This role is ideal for someone ambitious about technology-enabled financial services, with a consultative sales mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for cultivating long-term client success.
Experienced Required
- Minimum ~2+ years experience in account management, sales or business development, ideally B2B, SaaS, or financial markets.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, particularly capital markets or related sectors.
- Demonstrable track record of managing and growing accounts with measurable retention and expansion results.
- Excellent relationship building, communication and prioritisation skills.
- Existing network within debt markets / leveraged finance community is highly desirable.
