Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and commercially minded Graduate Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing function. This role is ideal for a recent graduate keen to develop hands-on experience across digital marketing, brand development, content creation, and campaign delivery in a fast-moving consultancy environment.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and sales teams to help grow our brand presence, generate leads, and support go-to-market activity.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Create and schedule content for social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
- Support production of case studies, presentations, proposals, and thought-leadership content.
- Help maintain CRM systems and marketing databases.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement and lead generation.
- Support event marketing, webinars, and client-facing initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Help ensure brand guidelines are followed across all materials.
Essential:
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
- Interest in B2B marketing, technology, or consulting.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
- Collaborative and eager to learn.
Desirable:
- Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
