Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead key functions including Facilities, IT, data compliance, health & safety. You will manage staff, liaise with external providers, and ensure services run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. To be considered you must have experience in a similar role and be available immediately!

Duties:

  • Oversee reception and office; manage contractors, cleaning, compliance checks, and insurance
  • Oversee IT services, hardware/software procurement, and system improvements.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance, manage reporting, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Lead compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations; manage policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Line management for some team members

Requirements:

  • Experience managing outsourced IT services
  • Knowledge of GDPR, data protection, and database management
  • Understanding of health & safety compliance
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
