Our client is a global leader in IT workplace solutions, a multi-billion-pound technology company serving clients in a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Client Administrator to join their administration team. 
 
The role:

  • Following workflows to process requests from start to finish
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients regarding contract queries
  • Maintaining contract records and ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate. 
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure tasks progress smoothly
  • Assisting with order processing, invoice management, and payment tracking
  • Providing administrative support to the wider client services team
  • Handling incoming calls and email queries professionally and efficiently

 
The candidate:

  • Previous experience in administration, client services or similar role is essential
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
