  • Identify new opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and execute monthly contact strategies with intermediaries.
  • Stay informed about product criteria and underwriting procedures.
  • Keep aware of competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Adhere to service level agreements for optimal productivity.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for internal stakeholders.
