Non-Executive Chair (Part-Time)
Healsgood AI (trading as Flexzo AI and Flexzo Teach) is building AI-driven infrastructure to modernise how healthcare systems manage, deploy, and govern their workforce.
We work with NHS Trusts and healthcare providers to reduce agency reliance, strengthen compliance, and enable collaborative workforce models at scale.
As the business enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced Non-Executive Chair to support strong governance, strategic clarity, and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities include:
- Chairing the Board and setting a high-quality governance rhythm
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the Founder and executive team
- Supporting strategic decision-making across growth, partnerships, and market expansion
- Providing credibility with NHS stakeholders, regulators, and institutional investors
- Helping prepare the business for future funding rounds and scale-up milestones
- Encouraging constructive challenge and long-term thinking at Board level
This is not an executive or day-to-day role.
About You
We are looking for a Chair who brings judgement, perspective, and experience, ideally including:
- Previous Chair or Non-Executive Director experience
- A background in healthcare, health-tech, regulated SaaS, or complex public-sector environments
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, procurement, or healthcare governance
- Experience supporting founder-led businesses through periods of rapid growth
- A collaborative, pragmatic, and values-driven approach
Credibility, integrity, and the ability to support and challenge in equal measure are essential.
The Opportunity
- Part-time, flexible commitment
- Cash retainer (commensurate with experience and involvement)
- Opportunity to help shape a mission-driven healthcare AI platform addressing real system-level challenges
