Ericsson SAPC/EPC/5G Core Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAPC (Service-Aware Policy Controller) Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize policy control systems within live telecom networks. The role focuses on ensuring high performance, availability, and seamless integration across core network elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and support Ericsson SAPC platforms

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues

  • Perform upgrades, patches, and capacity expansions

  • Collaborate with core network, charging, and operations teams

  • Support incident resolution and root cause analysis

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with Ericsson SAPC/PCRF solutions

  • Background in telecom core networks (4G/5G)

  • Linux/Unix administration skills

  • Understanding of Diameter, policy control, and charging

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in live network operations

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes/cloud-native deployments
