Salary: £36,000–£42,000 base + £10,000 OTE

The Opportunity

Join a fast-growing SaaS business helping organisations plan smarter. Their Enterprise Performance Management platform brings budgeting, forecasting and analytics into one intuitive solution used by finance and commercial teams worldwide.

The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll focus on the Nordics market, generating high-quality sales opportunities and developing into a top-performing SaaS sales professional through structured training and hands-on coaching.

Key responsibilities:

  • Book meetings with decision-makers through targeted outbound outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns
  • Research accounts and tailor messaging using buyer-intent tools
  • Execute structured call and email cadences
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to hit targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a quota-carrying BDR or sales role (SaaS preferred)
  • Confident with cold calling and outbound email
  • Fluent in English plus Danish, Finnish, or another Scandinavian language
  • Driven, coachable, and motivated to grow in sales
  • Experience with Salesforce or sales tools is a plus
