The Role As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the driving force behind new business growth. Your focus will be on outbound prospecting, connecting with key decision-makers at residential care homes across the UK, and booking qualified appointments for senior sales executives to close our newly launching AI platform.

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Use lead generation tools to identify and engage potential prospects.

  • Add value at the top of the sales funnel and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Keep CRM systems up to date and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to help deals cross the finish line.
