The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the front line of the sales function, responsible for generating pipeline and creating high-quality opportunities for the wider sales team. You’ll gain invaluable experience through outbound activity, relationship building, and direct mentorship from senior sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect new clients through cold calling, door knocking, and targeted outbound activity
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers
  • Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities
  • Book high-quality meetings for senior members of the sales team
  • Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn how deals are managed and closed
  • Accurately track activity and performance using CRM systems
  • Represent the business professionally in the field
