Overview of the Role
We are looking for a consultative and commercially driven Consultative Sales Executive to grow new business and build strong relationships with organisations exploring digital learning solutions.
This role is focused on understanding client challenges, recommending the right solutions, and converting interest into long term partnerships. You will work primarily with warm leads generated through website activity and inbound enquiries, while also proactively promoting through outreach and LinkedIn engagement to generate additional opportunities.
You will be targeted on new business performance on a quarterly basis and will manage the full sales journey from initial conversation through to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries from organisations interested in the company's products and services
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, learning challenges, and workforce needs
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification and demonstration through to proposal and close
- Achieve quarterly new business targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Proactively generate new opportunities through LinkedIn engagement, outreach activity, and relationship building
- Accurately manage pipeline activity and updates within the CRM
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a consultative B2B sales role
- Confidence selling solutions rather than products, with a strong focus on understanding client needs
- Experience within learning and development, SaaS, HR tech, or training solutions is highly desirable
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Target driven and comfortable working towards quarterly performance goals
- Self motivated and able to manage your own pipeline and priorities
