Hybrid working: Two days WFH
Salary: Up to £30,000 Pro Rata
Forge Talent are working exclusively with a leading IT Services business who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their credit control team.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a collaborative Finance team, focusing on cash collection, debt reduction, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Contact customers to ensure timely payments and meet cash targets
- Resolve credit control and collections queries professionally
- Manage high volumes of inbound/outbound emails and calls
- Log, track, and resolve customer queries accurately in internal systems
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Build strong internal and external customer relationships
- Support ad hoc Finance tasks, including shared inbox management
- Follow all collection processes and timelines consistently
- Coordinate and process monthly direct debit payments in line with procedures
Your experience:
- 2+ years’ credit control experience
- Experience handling B2B or B2C accounts
- Confident managing high volumes of calls and emails
- GCSE Maths & English (grade C+)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
