A fast‐growing SaaS company operating in a high‐demand, underserved market, with strong product fit and exceptional demo‐to‐subscription conversion rates, they’re now looking for a driven Business Development Executive to power top‐of‐funnel growth.
Your mission is simple: find the right prospects, spark the first conversation, and secure high‐quality demos. You’ll power the pipeline by uncovering contacts, pinpointing decision‐makers, and building early relationships that naturally progress into trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target prospects
- Run multi‐channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, video)
- Book one qualified demo per day
- Build quick rapport and handle objections
- Maintain consistent outreach and follow‐ups
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales
- Strong research skills for finding contacts and mapping accounts
- Clear, confident communication across channels
- Ability to build quick, short‐term relationships
- Ability to work at pace and move on quickly when needed
This is a top‐of‐funnel role focused on identifying prospects and booking demos, with optional progression into running demos over time.
The Package
- Salary: Up to £35,000 base
- OTE: £80,000+
- Commission: Paid per qualified demo booking
- Equity: Participation in an Employee Benefit Trust (quarterly distributions)
- Fully remote (UK‐based)
