Employment Paralegal (3-6 Month FTC)

Employment Litigation Paralegal - Technology Scale-Up (3 to 6 Months, Possible Extension)

We’re seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Paralegal to join a fast-growing technology scale-up. You’ll work closely with the legal team and wider business, handling employment disputes and supporting with a range of litigation matters.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with preparation of claims, witness statements, and court documents
• Conduct legal research and draft documents
• Support internal stakeholders and external counsel on employment disputes

What we’re looking for:

• Paralegal with experience working on a employment law matters
• A bonus if you have prior employment litigation experience
• Strong drafting, research, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior in-house/tech sector experience is a bonus but not essential
