About the Role
We are partnering with a fast-growing consultancy seeking a Managing Director to join their leadership team. This is a pivotal role for an experienced operator who thrives on turning vision into execution. Acting as the engine room of the business, you'll ensure operational excellence, drive commercial performance, and align all functions to deliver sustainable growth.
Working hand-in-hand with the Founder/CEO, you'll be the trusted leader who keeps the business moving forward—anticipating challenges, solving problems, and inspiring confidence across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead & inspire a high-performing senior leadership team, embedding accountability and collaboration.
- Execute strategy: Translate the company's vision into clear, actionable plans and deliver results.
- Own operations: Drive efficiency, remove bottlenecks, and oversee financial performance (P&L, KPIs, forecasting).
- Win business: Identify opportunities, build client relationships, and secure new revenue streams.
- Ensure relevance: Keep services competitive and valuable in a fast-evolving market.
- Champion culture: Embed values of Drive, Teamwork, Commitment, Adaptability, and Integrity.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a Managing Director, COO, or Senior Leader in digital consultancy or professional services.
- Experience operating within EOS or similar structured business systems.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in business operations, P&L management, and process improvement.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and scaling teams.
- Ability to translate strategic vision into operational plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Background in business transformation, change management, or strategy consulting.
- Understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies.
