Digital Facilitation Expert - Cloud Accounting

Location: Essex or Suffolk Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)Salary: Competitive + Benefits

What you’ll do:

• Drive adoption and optimisation of cloud accounting tools (Xero, Dext, Fathom, etc.)
• Act as a subject matter expert for finance technology, supporting internal teams and clients.
• Translate client needs into practical cloud accounting solutions and workflows.
• Support clients with transforming their finance systems and processes.
• Assist with strategic initiatives and act as deputy to the Head of Digital Finance.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in change management and digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Xero, Dext, and Fathom.
• Relevant cloud accounting certifications.
• ACCA qualification or part-qualified (beneficial).
