Location: York (UK-wide based candidates welcome: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, etc.)

Hybrid working: Flexible – minimum 2 days per month in the office

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

French Selection (FS) is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for an international technology and solutions provider delivering innovative programmes and services across multiple regions.

The Role

You will lead and deliver multiple complex projects end-to-end, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role has a strong international focus, particularly across Southern Africa.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple concurrent projects across Southern Africa
• Owning project planning, execution, risk management, and financial control
• Coordinating cross-functional teams spanning scientific, technical, IT, and business disciplines
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and PMO leadership
• Monitoring KPIs, project performance metrics, and governance standards
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery and processes
• Supporting the onboarding and mentoring of new project managers and team members
• Preparing and presenting project updates to senior leadership
• Occasional international travel to Africa and the US

About You

• Significant experience in project or programme management
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects independently
• Strong stakeholder management skills within international, cross-functional environments
• Fluent French speaker (Arabic highly desirable)
• Background in engineering, chemistry, business or IT
• Comfortable with international travel
• PMP certification preferred but not essential
• Confident user of MS Office and Microsoft Teams
