Change Manager
Freshwater Recruitment is leading the search for an experienced Change Manager to support a major digital integration programme within a well-established UK retailer.
This contract role is all about the people side of change. You'll play a pivotal part in integrating a newly acquired business into a single Target Operating Model, ensuring colleagues are supported, engaged and set up for success as processes, systems and ways of working evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management activity across people, process and technology
- Deliver core change outputs including impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, communication and engagement plans, training plans and adoption tracking
- Partner with integration and project managers to align change activity with programme milestones
- Work with training teams and third-party providers to support super users and end users through go-live
- Design and deliver clear, joined-up communications in collaboration with internal communications teams
- Coach leaders, managers and supervisors to fulfil their roles as change sponsors
- Track change readiness, adoption and sustainability, reporting insights and risks to senior leadership
- Facilitate workshops and briefings to build understanding and commitment to the new operating model
About You
- Proven change management experience within a retail environment
- Strong track record of managing change across people, process and systems
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders and coaching leaders through change
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Salesforce experience highly desirable
- Prosci change management accreditation preferred
- Collaborative, adaptable and people-focused, with a passion for guiding teams through transformation
You'll work at the heart of a transformation programme, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, project teams and the wider transformation office.
