The Role
We're seeking a data-driven Digital Performance & Insights Analyst. You'll build robust tracking systems, translate complex data into actionable insights, and drive business growth through strategic recommendations from digital performance metrics.
You will be instrumental in understanding user behavior and campaign effectiveness. This involves connecting data to business objectives, transforming datasets into clear narratives, and using your expertise in data integration and reporting to influence digital strategy and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • GA4 Expertise & Insight Generation: Act as a subject matter expert for GA4, providing proactive, data-driven recommendations to address business questions and unlock opportunities.
  • Advanced Data Synthesis & Exploration: Extract, transform, and merge data from sources like SnowPlow, Sprinklr, Linkedin, X, Meta, and Reddit. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and strategic opportunities.
  • Insightful Reporting & Storytelling: Design and maintain intuitive, high-impact data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Looker Studio and Tableau.
  • Strategic Communication: Participate in cross-functional discussions, presenting analytical findings and contributing to the strategic direction of digital initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Native or fully proficient English.
  • 2+ years as a Digital Analyst (or similar), with proven ability to manage technical analytics solutions, interpret data, extract insights, and formulate actionable recommendations.
  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to manage and utilize analytics accounts (goals, properties, dashboards, reports, segments, custom groupings) to answer business questions and improve performance.
  • Google Analytics 4.
  • Sprinklr advanced user.
  • Platforms such as Linkedin, X, Meta.
  • Looker Studio (and other advanced data visualization tools like Tableau).
  • Advanced PowerPoint presentation design.
Additional Skills (Preferred but not a Must):
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) – advanced implementation and management.
  • BigQuery Cloud data warehouse.
  • JavaScript, Python, and SQL for data manipulation, integration, and analysis.
This role is office based (London/Madrid/Warsaw), it is expected you must be in the office 3 days a week with working from home an option for the rest of the week.
