This is a hybrid role, offering the perfect blend of office collaboration and remote flexibility.The Role:As the first point of contact for internal IT support, you'll be providing high-quality technical assistance to end users, managing service requests and incidents, and playing a vital part in maintaining IT governance and device lifecycle management.Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering first-line IT support to internal users across multiple sites.
- Handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Managing the IT asset register and hardware lifecycle.
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and general software/hardware troubleshooting.
- Ensuring effective ticket resolution through the service management tool.
- Identifying recurring issues and escalating as appropriate.
- Maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles.
- 2+ years in a similar IT support or service desk role.
- GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade B / 5 or higher).
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- Strong technical understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
- Microsoft MS-102 certification
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Android Enterprise or Azure
- Previous experience in industrial or IoT environment
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail

- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
