IT Support Engineer
IT Support Engineer - Orpington - On-site with occasional travel to customer sites - £28k - £35k
FryerMiles are delighted to be working with an award winning, integrated solutions provider to assist with their recruitment of an On-site L1 & L2 Engineer.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Support customers on-site via email, phone or ticketing system
 - Overseeing technical support to other sites where issues can't be resolved remotely
 - Acting as the initial point of contact for diagnostics, incident logging and configurations
 - Contributing to log all calls via a ticketing system
 - Provide out-of-hours support on-site to customers as and when required
 - Ability to create reports and document issues whilst escalating when required
 - Liaising with senior teams for complex issues and learn the troubleshooting steps for new users
 - Allocate complex issues to the relevant teams
 
Experience/Qualification:
- 1-2 years in a proven background in IT support and managed service delivery
 - CompTIA A+, Network A+ or Microsoft Certified
 - Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
 - Proficient in Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Office365 and Networking
 - Excellent understanding in troubleshooting hardware, software and networking
 - Willing to travel to customer sites as and when needed
 - Must hold a full driving licence
