IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer - Uxbridge - On-site/hybrid after 6 months- £35k with a guaranteed bonus.

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Automation company to assist with their recruitment of an IT Support Engineer.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Supporting problems with various Microsoft components
• Install IT Workstations across PC systems, laptops and operating systems
• Acting as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving IT concerns
• Contributing to IT projects, including system upgrades and implementations
• Overseeing IT infrastructure and security for offices across the UK & Ireland
• End-to-end administration of Azure AD, Intune, Windows 11, and Office 365, with escalation to 3rd line support when required.

Experience/Qualification:

• 1-2 years proven experience in a 2 nd Line support role or equivalent
• Degree / Bachelors in IT or Computer Science
• CompTIA A+ or similar
• Networking experience
• Experienced in analysing complex data and presenting results
• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects efficiently
• Delivered technical support within a corporate IT setting
• Must hold a full driving licence
