Key skills / responsibilities:

• Support the Service Delivery Team in achieving high standards of customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate the flow of customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain service continuity.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Assist with the training and development of junior team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Our client provides a managed services solution for comprehensive materials within telecoms. They are currently searching for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
