Web Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Web Developer to join FullSphere , a small but rapidly growing digital agency.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of all aspects of web development , from building clean, scalable websites to optimising performance and workflows. This is a hands-on role working across a range of client and internal projects.

• Develop, maintain, and optimise custom WordPress websites
• Build front-end layouts using Tailwind CSS and JavaScript
• Implement back-end logic and functionality in PHP
• Work with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
• Ensure websites meet high standards for performance, accessibility, and security
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver pixel-perfect, maintainable builds

• Languages: PHP, JavaScript
• Frameworks & Tools: Tailwind CSS, WordPress, ACF, Timber (not essential)
• Other Tools: Git, Composer, NPM, modern build tools
  

• 2 years’ experience in web development, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and modern front-end development .
• Experience creating custom themes and plugins from scratch.
• Solid grasp of responsive design , cross-browser compatibility , and performance optimisation .
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
