The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth. You'll take ownership of building a strong pipeline, connecting with potential clients, and supporting them through their journey.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Researching and identifying potential new clients
  • Reaching out via phone, email, and networking
  • Booking meetings and qualifying opportunities
  • Supporting the wider team to deliver excellent client service

This is a hands-on role where you'll quickly gain confidence, commercial awareness, and professional responsibility.

Training & Development

No previous sales experience is required — you'll be supported from day one with a structured 4-month training programme:

  • 2–4 weeks of in-office training covering sales fundamentals, communication skills, and business development techniques
  • Ongoing coaching and mentoring for the following two months
  • Continuous learning and development to progress into senior account management roles
