Our client is a fast-growing software business helping organisations solve real-world problems with smart, scalable technology. As the business continues to expand, they're looking for four Early Career Account Managers eager to learn, develop, and build a long-term career in software and client management.

This role is perfect for recent graduates, career starters, or individuals moving into a professional commercial role for the first time.

The Role

This is a training-led, entry-level account management role designed to give you a strong foundation in client relationships, software solutions, and commercial skills. On a day-to-day basis, you'll:

  • Support senior Account Managers with existing client relationships
  • Speak with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals
  • Help organise discovery calls, demos, client reviews, and meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client information
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to support account growth

No previous account management or software experience is required! full training is provided.
