The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in generating and nurturing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching target markets and potential client organisations
  • Starting conversations with prospective clients to understand their challenges
  • Qualifying opportunities and booking discovery calls or demonstrations
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to refine outreach and engagement

This is a conversation-led role where you'll quickly build confidence, commercial awareness, and professional communication skills.
