What You'll Do:

• Own Microsoft 365 admin tasks - user accounts, licenses, Teams & SharePoint permissions, MFA, and security.
• Provide first-class end-user support: laptops, desktops, Office apps, printers, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot basic networking, assist with application monitoring, and collaborate with development teams.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and SOPs - your work will be seen and valued.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven' IT support experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with networking, Active Directory, Azure AD.
• Problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning.
• Bonus: SQL basics or PowerShell scripting.
