Business Development Manager - UK & Ireland
Our client is a leading provider of thermal and insulation solutions and is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive growth beyond the traditional flat roofing market.
This role is focused on identifying and developing new applications and market opportunities across sectors such as refrigeration, flooring, timber frame and modular construction. You'll play a key role in shaping growth strategy, building new customer relationships and turning technical capability into commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new market applications beyond flat roofing
- Build and execute growth strategies to expand into new sectors
- Develop business cases, go-to-market plans and value propositions
- Engage with new customer segments and partners early in project cycles
- Work closely with technical, R&D, sales and marketing teams
- Support pilot projects and convert opportunities into scalable revenue
About You:
- Proven B2B business development management experience within thermal, insulation or technical construction products
- Track record of opening new markets or applications
- Commercially astute, strategic and hands-on
- Confident operating in ambiguous, growth-focused environments
Location
UK-based, covering UK & Ireland (some travel required)
