SaaS Product Owner

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Owner to join a fast-growing SaaS business at an exciting stage of its journey. Reporting into a senior product leader, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering high-impact digital products.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex problems into simple, valuable solutions that make a real difference for customers.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and refine product vision, goals, and roadmaps.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising work based on customer impact and business value.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories for delivery teams.
• Gather, analyse, and act on qualitative and quantitative feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion agile principles and ensure strong alignment across teams.
• Act as a trusted partner to customers, efficiently surfacing their needs and translating them into meaningful product features.

• Proven experience working as a Product Owner within a SaaS environment.
• Strong track record of driving product excellence and continuous improvement in high-performance teams.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and modern product development lifecycles.
• Confident communicator, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about building intuitive, impactful digital products.
• Self-starter who thrives in collaborative, fast-moving environments.
• An understanding of, and interest in, AI-enabled tools and capabilities.
