Senior Software Developer - Hybrid (Manchester) - £55–60k - Public Sector Organisation

They're looking for a Senior Software Developer who enjoys combining hands-on development with technical leadership - shaping solutions, mentoring others, and driving modern engineering practices.

What you'll be doing:

Leading the design and delivery of scalable, secure software solutions

Translating complex business requirements into clean technical implementations

Migrating legacy systems to modern frameworks and technologies

Writing high-quality, reusable, maintainable code

Mentoring developers and influencing engineering standards and best practice

What you'll bring:

Solid experience as a Dynamics or Power Platform Developer

Strong software design principles (SOLID, clean code)

Expertise in one or more modern programming languages

Experience working in Agile delivery environments

A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and improvement

What's on offer:

£55-60k salary

Hybrid working - 1 day per week onsite in Manchester
