The Role and Responsibilities

Our client is currently seeking a versatile Support Engineer with some experience in technical support. You should have an interest in technology, the ability to troubleshoot is essential, and a good understanding of customer service.

• Evaluate and prioritise customer support cases.
• Build and develop strong customer relationships.
• Troubleshoot and resolve support queries.
• Ensure that all SLAs are met.
• Provide support and assistance to all staff.

Skills Required:

• Customer focused attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and work with new technologies.
• Motivation to learn new skills and technology.
• Good time management skills.
• Complex problem solving.

Desired but not essential (achievable in role):

• Working knowledge of G Suite Apps and Admin console.
• G Suite Administrator Certification.
