IT Engineer (2nd/3rd line)

We are currently recruiting for a client of ours based in the London area for a permanent role (on site based in central London)A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.

£45,000 - £50,000pa (depending on experience)

Duties (not limited to):

-2nd and 3rd line work

-365/ Azure/ AD/ networking

- Support to team (Escalations)

- Project work (Design and Deployment)

- Actively help to improve internal systems

- Support of client infrastructure (M365/Networking etc)

Hard Skills:

- Microsoft Certified (desirable): Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Cybersecurity qualifications such as ISC2 or ComptiaSecurity+

- Strong M365 (Intune, SharePoint, Azure, Entra ID, Autopilot)

- Solid Widows skills

- Windows Server advantageous

- Networking equipment (all protocols incl VLAN)

Soft Skills:

- Work under pressure as an individual and with your team

- Customer facing and excellent communication (non-technical)
