What will you be doing?
- Proactively call through both existing customers and potential new customers to generate opportunities and produce quotations across our range of Mobile solutions and services.
- Build your own pipeline through setting up both video & face to face meetings, following these through to completion.
- To liaise with Global 4 Customers and provide details of our new Mobile products to generate leads and sales.
- Cross selling into other departments of the business.
- Provide exceptional service to our new and existing customers.
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records.
- Manage product queries from our customers.
- Provide consultative advice to customers on the solutions available to them.
Required skills & experience
- Sales experience transacting with clients primarily by phone or face to face, ideally within a similar industry.
- Basic knowledge of mobile device management platforms.
- Must have a professional telephone manner and be comfortable communicating with all levels of the business including high-profile executives.
- Experience of lead generation in a B2B sales environment.
- Ability to solve detailed problems and use your own initiative.
- Computer Literate (Several CRMs to work on).
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated.
