Role

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to lead and support the development of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related technologies. You will work closely with solution architects, DevOps teams and cyber security engineers to deliver secure, integrated services with a focus on automation, data integration and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and customise Dynamics 365 applications (CE, Sales, Service etc.)
• Develop solutions using Power Platform components including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Integrate APIs with Dynamics 365 and external systems
• Extend Dynamics using JavaScript and/or C# (.NET Core) where appropriate
• Maintain secure coding standards aligned to cyber security principles
• Collaborate with architects to ensure scalable, performant, and secure solutions
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration, testing and deployment
• Document solutions and participate in knowledge transfer

Essential skills and experience

• Proven commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (Functional Consultant or Developer)
• Strong understanding of Dataverse data structure and security
• Hands-on experience building Canvas Apps and automating business processes with Power Automate
• Proficient in JavaScript and/or C# (.NET Core) for extending capabilities
• Experience integrating external APIs and using custom connectors
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and GitHub/Azure DevOps pipelines
• Awareness of cyber security best practices and secure development lifecycle (SDLC)
