Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads to secure quality meetings for the sales team.
- Build a strong understanding of the company’s technology, value proposition, and customer outcomes.
- Manage your own pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM), keeping data accurate and up-to-date.
- Research target accounts to tailor your outreach and demonstrate genuine business insight.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth handovers and maximise conversion.
OTE: £45,000+ (uncapped)

What do you need?
- 1 year of B2B or SaaS sales experience, ideally in sales or recruitment (or something similar)
- A confident, energetic communicator who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Resilient, coachable, and competitive- you love the challenge of winning new business
- Organised and self-motivated with a genuine hunger to learn and progress quickly.
- Passion for technology, learning, or personal development is a bonus.
