Salary : 50,000 – 55,000 – plus 20% Bonus

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the London hospitality market. Reporting to the UK Sales Director, you will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, promoting advanced Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) solutions to hotels and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and develop strategic partnerships within the London hospitality market.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Prepare compelling sales materials and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales with a proven track record.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality market and competitive landscape.
  • Knowledge of smart control systems (lighting, HVAC, access control, BMS, PMS, EMS, GRMS).
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and teamwork skills.

Advantage: Experience in smart systems sales for hospitality or residential markets with an existing client portfolio.
