Junior Technology Support Specialist (law firm, Win 11, MS Office 365, RSA Tokens, printers, iPhone)

A prestigious US led law firm are recruiting a Junior Technology Support Analyst for their London Office. The successful candidate will have 12 months + experience working in an IT Support role in either a law firm or similar professional services firm.

With this experience you will join a small IT team and provide support for iPhones, iPads and laptops. You will set up meeting rooms and hybrid meetings using Teams/Zoom. You will log and manage support calls, providing support on the firm's applications - Microsoft 365, iManage, Aderant so previous experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 is essential and experience with Citrix, Exchange, RSA tokens, mobile devices and HP Printers would be preferred. Being a client facing role, proven first-class customer service and communication skills are naturally key.
