The Role
As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of communication—handling calls from clients and contractors, logging requests, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Due to the location, a driving licence is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and make calls to clients and contractors professionally and courteously.
- Log service requests accurately into the helpdesk system.
- Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and contractors to schedule work.
- Track job progress and provide timely updates to clients.
- Handle queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and helpdesk systems.
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer service role (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
